Acceptable Use Policy

You are responsible for what you do with your VPS. By ordering, you agree to follow this policy.

You must not use your VPS to

• Break the law or help anyone else to.
• Attack or disrupt other systems, including denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, hacking or brute-force attempts.
• Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages.
• Create, host or distribute malware.
• Host, store or share illegal content. We have zero tolerance for content that exploits children and will report it.
• Commit fraud, identity theft or other deception.
• Break the terms of the websites or services you access, or misrepresent who you are or where you are to those services.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for everything that happens on your VPS, and for keeping your login details private. Third-party websites and services, including survey and rewards platforms, set their own rules about VPN, VPS and remote-desktop use. Check them before you use a VPS with those services.

What happens if the rules are broken

We may suspend or remove a VPS without notice and without a refund if it is used in breach of this policy. We may cooperate with law enforcement and with the ISPs whose networks we use.
