These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to any VPS you order from USAresidentialVPS. By ordering a VPS you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

1. What we provide

We provide USA residential ISP VPS services: Windows 10 virtual private servers that use residential ISP-assigned IP addresses on the networks listed on this website. We do not provide datacenter VPS marketed as residential, datacenter IP VPS, proxy VPS, or proxy setups presented as residential VPS. See our Network Policy.

2. Ordering

Orders are handled manually through Telegram. There is no automated checkout on this website. An order is only accepted once we have confirmed availability and the exact price with you in Telegram and confirmed your payment.

3. Pricing and payment

Plan prices, first-month prices and renewal prices are shown on this website. We confirm the exact price with you in Telegram before you pay.
Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency. Payment instructions are sent to you by the administrator in Telegram.
We do not publish a wallet address on this website. Only pay using instructions you receive directly from @Shiblu687 in Telegram.
Payments are confirmed manually. Your VPS is prepared after payment confirmation.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver within 30 minutes to 2 hours after payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on the ISP and availability, and is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Login details are delivered to you through Telegram.

5. Renewals

Each VPS is billed monthly. Renewals are handled manually through Telegram at the renewal price listed for your plan, unless we tell you otherwise in writing. If a renewal payment has not been confirmed by the renewal date, the VPS may be suspended or removed.

6. Guarantee, refunds and replacements

Our 24-Hour Guarantee Policy and Refund/Replacement Policy explain what is covered and how to make a request. Nothing on this website is an unlimited promise of refund, replacement or uptime.

7. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and the law. You are responsible for following the terms of any website or service you access using your VPS.

8. No guarantee of third-party access

IP reputation and classification can change over time, and third-party websites and services apply their own restrictions. We do not guarantee that an IP address will be accepted by, or have access to, any particular website or service. Example IPs and any test information we show describe an IP at the time it was tested and do not guarantee the properties of any other IP.

9. Service availability

We work to keep our services running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Residential ISP connections can be affected by outages or changes outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party restrictions, blocks or reputation systems. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected VPS for the month in which the issue occurred.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
